Your guide arrives by email within a minute of payment, as a file you download. There is no parcel, no tracking number and no delivery window.

When it arrives

Immediately. The email is automatic and usually lands in under a minute. If it has not arrived in five, check your spam folder — and if it is not there either, reply to your order confirmation and you will get the file directly.

What you get

A PDF, sized for A4 and US Letter, that prints cleanly on a home printer in black and white. The worksheets are designed to be printed and filled in by hand, and re-printed as many times as you need.

It is yours to keep

There is no licence to renew and no subscription. Download it again any time from the link in your order email, or ask and it will be re-sent. Print it, annotate it, keep it on your phone — it is a file you own.

No account needed

You do not have to create one to buy. Checkout takes an email address, because that is where the file goes.

If it does not work for you

Ask for a refund within 14 days. The condition is that you actually ran the method — the guides are short on purpose, and every one of them can be run inside a week. Reply to your order email and that is the whole process. There is nothing to return, because there is nothing physical to send back.
